The Gathering of Israel
The house of Israel shall be gathered together in the last days before the coming of Christ. The Lord gathers his people Israel when they accept him and keep his
commandments.
(Isaiah 5: 26) And he will lift up an ensign to the nations from far, and will hiss unto them from the end of the earth: and, behold,
they shall come with speed swiftly.
Israel and Judah are to be gathered to their lands,
(Jeremiah 30: 3) For, lo, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will bring again the captivity of my people Israel and Judah, saith the
LORD: and I will cause them to return to the land that I gave to their fathers, and they shall possess it.
The Lord shall gather the house of Israel from the people, among whom they are scattered,
(Ezek. 28: 25) Thus saith the Lord GOD; When I shall have gathered the house of Israel from the people among whom they are scattered,
and shall be sanctified in them in the sight of the heathen, then shall they dwell in their land that I have given to my servant Jacob.
In the dispensation of the fulness of times he will gather in one all things in Christ.
(Eph. 1: 10) That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one call things in Christ, both which are in
heaven, and which are on earth; even in him.
The nations of the Gentiles shall carry Israel forth to the lands of their inheritance.
** (2 Nephi 10: 8) And it shall come to pass that they shall be gathered in from their long dispersion, from the isles of the sea, and
from the four parts of the earth; and the nations of the Gentiles shall be great in the eyes of me, saith God, in carrying them forth to the lands of their
inheritance.
